Career Summary
Started in the pharmaceutical industry and learned the key characteristics to manufacture products with the highest level of quality. Moved into team leadership and test development in a chemical lab while learning new analytical techniques and welding. The next big challenge was learning how to design and develop new products and introduce them into a competitive marketplace, which was accomplished with the release of one of the highest grossing products of 2013. Currently, I am the Plant Manager at ASI and responsible for all manufacturing activities at the Avon Lake site. Product lines consist of water treatment products from drinking water, waste treatment, boiler treatments, and power plant water applications. Very experienced in safety, environmental safety and root cause analysis. Strongest skill set is acting as a leader to develop new test methods and materials to improve the production process or meet customer needs. The next stage is to grow and develop this skill set, learn new skills, and improve the products and quality for a manufacturing facility.
