TGE Industrial Services; 12/1/2015 – 11/1/2016:

Fall Lead Planner/Turnaround Scheduler, Fall Turnaround, Valero Port Arthur Refinery. Representing Valero as planner scheduler; responsibilities include building cost-loaded schedules for seven units. Level 4 schedules for all subcontractors with turnaround responsibilities in the Sour Water Stripper Units and Sulfur Units.

Jacobs; 4/2006 – 11/30/2015:

Planner/Scheduler Lead, TCACP Building and Controls Program, Marathon Galveston Bay Refinery (formerly BP, Texas City, Texas). Responsibilities included building schedules for each of 19 units replacing the older Foxboro Distributed Control System (DCS); 10 of these with Emerson Delta V Series S; 9 with Honeywell Experion DCS; a new Central Control Building Console and Equipment Plan for Operators move from existing Control Room to new; and seven new Operator Shelters. These schedules included Civil, Structural Steel, Mechanical Equipment, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation, with support craft.

Planner/Scheduler Lead, CEP-OSBL Project (Refinery Expansion), Motiva, Port Arthur, Texas. Responsibilities included supervision over building and maintaining Flare Gas Unit, Tankage, Raw Water, Effluent and Interbattery Unit schedules. Schedule analysis, building and maintaining the project coding structure for the OSBL Project. Supervision of nine schedulers as well as interfacing with ISBL unit schedulers. Part of the overall project team for developing the project schedule. Field auditing of contractors’ schedule progress.

Responsibilities included building Pre-Outage and Outage schedules for all areas and project packages and estimates as well as coordinating contractor work in the FCC, Crude and Boiler Feed Water Units. Additionally, created the Operation Training Package for the new Reverse Osmosis System.
