Supported off the shelf and custom software solutions in a virtual server environment with Windows server and OS including 3rd tier troubleshooting of the root causes of issues, making sure the user was able to get back to work as soon as possible and documenting the resolution and adding it to the issues knowledgebase so other technicians could look them up for future reference.
Performed project controls implementations of the Oracle Primavera suite of tools including meeting with the client to assess their needs, recommended an appropriate solution, implemented the new system and provided technical support.
