Managed operations and P&L for 12 multi-site specialty construction chemical manufacturing facilities and multiple distribution centers supporting business with over $250M in annual sales.
Responsibilities included Environmental Health & Safety (EHS); manufacturing; quality; factory administration; and logistics.
Supervised 10 plant/operation managers with a support staff of 65 production employees and 5-20 temporary labor pool and a dedicated fleet of 60-75 liquid bulk tankers.
Utilized embedded six sigma black-belts and staff to achieve annual productivity targets of 3-4% of costs ($5M) by reducing freight costs $1.5M, material costs by $2.0M and $1.5M in other projects.

Responsibilities included total operations, EHS, factory administration, freight and materials. Implemented EHS Management System (based on RCMS) at three North American plants.
Launched manufacturing at two licensed operation facilities in Beijing and Moscow to manufacture and distribute for their local markets & managed a toll manufacturer in Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for the Global Network program of all operations to ensure products were delivered from the lowest-landed cost location and realized a productivity level of $1.2M. Achieved annual productivity target of 4% of costs by improvements in freight, throughput and plant balancing as well as a 15% reduction in inventory DOH from 35 days to 29.5 DOH.
Implemented Six Sigma, 5S and Lean Initiatives to help business run from unprofitable in 2006 to profitable in 2007.
