Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills:

Preventative maintenance of conveyor systems, air handling systems, Fanuc seven axis robots, high volume water/chemical pumps, paint delivery systems and general production tooling. Tasks also include the diagnosis and repair of conveyor systems, robots, water/chemical pumps and other tooling. Currently, I am the Team Leader for 15 skilled tradesmen, including electricians. It is my responsibility to review safety of work procedures, determine daily workloads, and ensure all preventive maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner. We, as a team, implement continuous improvement modifications to existing equipment to ensure longevity of equipment and higher throughput. I am also responsible for the planning of new equipment installation and the removal of old equipment, including ordering material which may be needed for installation. Other duties involve repairs and installations such as: metal fabrication, welding, pipe fitting, following prints to machine details needed for tooling, rigging and electrical support. I am proficient with arc (stick) and MIG welding, have experience with TIG welding. Additionally, I have experience with CNC and wire EDM machining. I have experience with CNC engine manufacturing equipment in both diagnostics and repairs. I also have extensive experience with plastic injection molding machines, with preventive maintenance programs and repair of said equipment. Computer skills include use of MAXIMO, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office and Excel.

While in the paint shop, I am required to maintain a clean room environment, and understand the importance of clean room policies and procedures.
