(AT&T)North Texas Pre-Launch: Perform Post-processing of SSD and SSV Drive logs on TEMS Discovery for RSRP, SNR, RSRQ, PCI Plot, Call Drop Analysis, IRAT and provide recommendation to improve the coverage of the site

(AT&T)GNG-Full National Lead Drive Test Tool and Troubleshooting: Provide Nationwide Drive Team support, train the drive teams and Market leads on Nemo Outdoor, test the functionality of all the equipments in a drive kit which include the Scanner, Cables, UEs and HTC Mobile Phones and hand it off to the drive teams for drive testing. Troubleshoot and Solve the Drive test issues that appear during the drive test.

Smartphone Analysis Using ERA: Perform Smartphone/ Handset Analysis using tool ERA (Ericsson RAN Analyzer and prepare report comprising of UE Throughput, Call Drops, Coverage plots and number of calls made by different User Equipments in the market using the Call Traces and CTUM logs. Prepare a survey indicating Handsets used by consumers in the market and provide it to the customer.

Excalibur: Prepare and test the Drive Test scripts along-with the Drive kits on TEMS Investigation and handover to the drive teams. Lead a team of engineers to create a nationwide thematic map to display performance of the customer network comprising of Throughput, Call Drops as an attempt to get new service from the customer

(Verizon) OHIO SNR Project: Prepare and test the Drive Test scripts along-with the Drive kits and hand it over to the drive teams.

(AT&T) Illinois-Wisconsin Pre-Launch (TMC Lead): Served as a TMC Lead for the project. Coordinated the drive tests, Joint visits in the Chicago Market. Communicate with project and implementation managers for any alarm related issues on the site after the Gold Standard Tests performed on the site.

(AT&T)-Illinois-Wisconsin Post-Launch Engineer: Optimize the KPIs like IRAT, Throughput, Call Drop Rate, Handover Rate for sites for the sites in the Chicago Market. Prepare the Close-out report package and send it to the customer for approval. Resolve any customer doubts and resolve them.

(AT&T)-LTE Pre-Launch: Provide RSRP, SNR and Best Server plots on ATOLL for different tilt recommendations as requested by the Market Leads. Prepare drive reports using Actix comprising of Call Drops and Failure Analysis, SNR, RSRP, TX Imbalance, Time on LTE for the Scanner and User Equipments.

(Verizon) Carrier Aggregation: Review the Daily Post Carrier Aggregation report for the sites, check for any Handover, Retainability and accessibility issue after cutover and send the report to the customer with any scope for improvements if needed. Resolve any issues such as RACH Failure Rate, Call Drop Rate, IRAT and Handover Rate if needed that arise after the cutover of the site. Present the resolution of the issues arising of Carrier Aggregation and present to the customer on weekly calls.

(AT&T)-TNKY Market Lead: Served as a backfill to a pre-launch market lead for Tennesee and Kentucky Market. Responsibilities included sending the sites for Gold Standard Audits to the NDS Team, provide the drive teams with SS Kit and drive routes, co-ordinate with the data processing engineers to prepare SSD and SSV reports. Responsible for coordinating with the drive teams for driving the pre-launch sites. Provide the teams with the drive routes and SS Kit information to complete the necessary drives. Co-ordinate with the data processing engineers to prepare the SSD and SSV reports of the driven sites. Review the drive reports prepared and send it to the customer along with the recommendations if needed to improve the network. Participate in customer calls and internal meetings to provide forecast of launching the sites and deliver the required reports for the sites to the customer. Co-ordinate with the Network Deployment team to launch the site.

(Verizon)-Southern-Californias Post Launch Optimization: Identify the issues in the newly launched carrier on Macro and light pole sites .Optimize/ Improve the macro and light pole sites for issues like Handover (Intra/Inter Frequency), Throughput, Bearer Drop, RRC Setup Failure and Traffic Balance by working on the optimization parameters looking at the terrain and other parameters. Submit the report to the customer for the final approval and acceptance.

Extra Initiatives Taken while at Work:

Provide suggestions to the organization for any add-on sales opportunity to our customers as a service to improve their network.

Mentored engineering interns and help them understand the basics of wireless technology, train them to deliver SSV reports and SSD results.
