Maintain logs of incoming dictation, and transcription records using data base and Excel spreadsheets.
Training and knowledge on HIPPA rules and regulations.

Duties: Replenishment of merchandise for multiple Southern Season stores and warehouse. Manage inventories of products and merchandise with inventory monitored in warehouse and stores, databases and systems kept up to date with counts, orders and returns. Daily contact with vendors regarding orders, new merchandise, promotional items, delivery dates, broken/damaged goods, discontinued items, seasonal/holiday merchandise.
