(Project work (sponsored) “Automated insert’s drying machine”

Identified the flaws and lags in the process and optimized it using automated insert drying machine which reduced the moisture from the surface of the insert which was done manually. Co-developed a process with automated drying and preheating the inserts, which reduced working hours and improved efficiency in the production line. Process equipment sequentially blow hot air in an enclosed rotating compartment and also preheated them before going into furnace, which removed the moisture on the inserts’ surface. This ensured reduced process time and improved efficiency of the furnace.
