FUNCTIONS OF WORK:

Handling testing work of all kind submersible pumps.

Various kind of tests like Load, No load, Heat test conducted and it readings are taken.

Checking the pumps efficiency and improve that performance.

Handling of electrical breakdowns in testing area.

Handling site works comprising LT/HT distribution system.

Selecting, Procuring and inspecting electrical equipments.

Maintaining the power factor and data handling.

Maintenance of Various site equipments like D.G sets, Motors and Pumps.

Receiving of calls from GEMC & direct the same to the concerned technician take the feed back from site once technician reaches the site.

Ensure Preventive Maintenance schedules given to technician and completion report of the same is being shared on regular basis to concerned person defined.

Spare planning and procurement with Coordination with Vendor to purchase and repair the equipments timely.

Maintaining quality as well electrical standards while Installation works.

Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance at all sites which includes PIU,FCU,DG, Batteries etc.

Analyzing repeated faults and take necessary action to rectify the root cause of fault and if necessary take the help of Vendor / ZTM.

Primarily responsible for supervising contractors and ensuring timely completion of installation and commissioning activities.

Proper coordination as well as supervising the installation,testing, commissioning of PIU,FCU,AC’S.

Responsible for allocating contractors, supervision and on billing works.

Training and developing technicians.

New recruits to be trained with in the time frame decided.

Documentation perfection and effective data handling.
