By way of introduction, I am a PM with over 18 years of Project Management and Project Planning experience. Employment History:

2009 to 2015: Senior Project Manager, Boeing Commercial Information Technology, Northwest

oManaged the hardware installations and environment builds for all computing environments specific to the DCAC (Design Configuration and Control) Suite of Off-The-Shelf software including all Production, Development and Training environments.

oIndividual budgets for these multiple projects under the DCAC designation are estimated at between 1.5 million and 12.5 million dollars U.S. depending on the size and complexity of the build or install.

2001 to 2009: Project Manager, Boeing Northwest.

oManaged server (hardware) installations and led Network specialists, Software Developers, Systems Analysts and System Integrators in developing plans for computing environment builds. The success of these builds directly impact production schedules.

oManaged technical upgrades on a major Boeing Server install in the Southwest, and several in St Louis, Mo and Seal Beach, Ca.

oManaged a major upgrade to the Human Resources hardware computing systems, including leading a team in implementing a global finance and payroll system that integrated with Boeing’s partners in Europe and Asia.

oManaged several Virtual Private Network (VPN) consolidations to facilitate Virtual Offices in the Northwest, Australia, Belgium and Beijing.

oManaged various teams in developing ‘Best Practices’ documentation to standardize and facilitate more consistent interaction among Developers, Integrators, Systems Analysts and Project Management.

1998 to 2001: Boeing Wichita Commercial Airplanes

Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering Specialist New Software Implementation:

oI was the Wichita Manufacturing Engineering Production Process and Systems Representative to Boeing Northwest.

oDeveloped DCAC (Design Configuration and Control) Production Manufacturing Engineering processes while working with multiple vendors to modify existing software to meet production needs.

oDeveloped plans and schedules for various software implementations while coordinating implementation strategies and schedules between the Wichita Division and the Northwest.
