Implementing Suggestion and Kaizen,SMAT on shop floor.

Participation in new machine set up and make it in good running flow .

Controlling down time and wastage, making implemantions .

Control online rejections and to maintain proper record of it

Preparing and maintaining process sheets, inspection records, rejection records/trends, graph and other all concern documents.

Management of Raw Materials and Finished goods as per production schedule

Implementation of FIFO at shop floor Sampling Finished Goods.

Supervising and training of sub -ordinate and making skill matrix.

Reporting to daily production data, daily running size and status to the management.

To ensure the daywise posting of packed material.

Overall responsibility for product quality in manufacturing.

Team leader of wcm modal area, preparing reports and maintaining decipline.

Lead from front to ensure safe behavior & Maintaining 5’s on the shop floor.
