Manager contract CCTV system installation in 5 cities of the country, Adequacy control centers a value of $ 4, 2 million dollar.

This project was a joint effort of the US Government and Colombia. Knowledgeable of specifications, processes and methods of construction for both US Government elements and Colombia elements.

The PPM was the Manager Responsible Charge of the project with the day to day responsibilities and duties associated with contract administration. These responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to: • Supervision of subcontractor project management staff, verbal and written correspondence with the Sub-Contractors and Vendors. • Inspection of materials and methods of construction to verify compliance with contract specifications. • Prepare monthly pay estimates and perform joint pay application construction verification walks at each and every city location on a monthly basis. • Review, analyze and monitor the Contractor’s project schedules and method statements, and provide weekly updates of progress to Fortis. • Analyze and evaluate Contractor disputes or claims. • Monitor the project financial status. • Provide a documentation tracking system for each city location to assure that all quality control, inspections, and daily reports are being gathered, reviewed, and uploaded into Primavera. Assure that all material deliveries are being tracked and shipped to the location agreed to, and coordinated with subcontractor for pick up and shipping to each of the cities. • Resolve material, quality control, and delay issues. • Coordination/contact with local entities and business with respect to construction activities.

The PPM was responsible for the day to day responsibilities and duties. These responsibilities and duties include documentation and inspection of construction activities, supervision and documentation of time and material work, and preparation of a weekly summary of information gathered from the subcontractor daily diaries documenting subcontractor activities and relevant observations. Verify Inspection of materials and methods of construction to verify compliance with contract specifications, preparing monthly pay estimates, monitoring the project schedule and financial status, reviewing payrolls, resolving material and control issues, and coordination/contact with local entities and business with respect to construction activities.

Coordinate with the US Army South Engineer Directorate Staff Office for Colombia and Regional Contracting Office in Bogota to assist in the development of Statements of Work (SOW), independent government cost estimates (IGCEs), requests for project proposals and provide quality assurance support for projects assigned by the ARSOUTH Engineers. Design infrastructure requirements and develop infrastructure plans. Monitor/inspect ongoing infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Coordinate project designs with the U.S. Army South Directorate of Engineering (DCSENG) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Conduct contractor's design reviews and visit ongoing projects throughout Colombia. Coordinate and assist Colombian government emergency response organizations with developing and testing emergency plans, assist with emergency management training, coordinate with the USSOUTHCOM HAP manager, participate in HAP conferences and workshops and assist with other Humanitarian and Civil Assistance (HCA) Programs. ACI is a real estate development company focused on urban, high-density development of multifamily assets. Development cost estimate and construction of 140 apartment and 112 residential houses developments in Cundimanarca - Colombia from site preparation to building completion. Projects were built within the cost estimated time frame and budget, ensuring building standards and specifications. Managed a close relationship with the Architect, AIA payment applications, submittals, MEP and structural plans, the Engineer (civil drawings), the building department officials and sub-contractor team members.
