• Perform daily disposition of completed semiconductor wafers in the parametric test area.

• Debug, repair LTX Mother Board, Probe Card using Schematic, Multimeter and Oscilloscope.

• Developed PCM Parametric Test Plans including software and hardware requirements

• Support FAB Process engineering teams on Process Changes, New Process & New Product

• Analysis of yield, parametric and E-test data to ensure technology and product meet manufacturability goals.

• Regularly perform data analysis on sort data, e-test data, SPC parameters, and entity data for driving baseline yield improvement projects.

• Extensive data analysis and problem solving skills including commonality, correlation, and data mining

• Skillful with data analytical tools such as Syntricity DataPower, Excel

• Familiar with Reedholm PCM Parametric tester, EG200X Prober, Curve Tracer 576, SEM Zeiss Supra 40VP, FEC diode tester, STI5000E DMOS tester, LTX tester, Schematic, Oscilloscope.
