Superintendent 2016 – Present

Responsible for the Welch Pkg Plant and all its manufacturing supporting functions. Manage hourly personnel, 35 employees, processes, equipment maintenance, and help determine the operating budgets. Develop, manage and deliver results in a high speed production environment. Work with the Production Manager on cost cutting programs, operating plan and capital budget planning for the facility. While doing this I still take an active role on the floor daily supervising the employees.

Materials Manger 2015 - 2016

Assigned to scheduling the plant to make sure they are hitting their numbers and achieving the best possible thru-put allowed. Also in charge of ordering the board to make sure the machines have enough stock to run daily while not flooding the floor. I’m also in charge of ordering any and all inventory supplies and once again making sure we are stock fully while not running out without ordering too much. Board ordering it self is right around 20 million per year so making sure we are ordering from the right vendor is very important. I’m also utilized in other departments such as shipping and supervision when needed along with continuing to be the plant managers right hand man and being involved in any projects and looking at the P&L reports, PTP, etc.

Plant Supervisor 2010 – 2015

Responsible for the production off multiple machines of a corrugated plant. While managing 15 hourly production employees, I help drive Welch Pkg core values while maintaining a high level of safety and quality in a fast paced production environment. I also help with the continuous improvement of the plant, while cross training employees to deliver improved efficiency for the business of the plant. Manage systems for tracking performance, such as quality and productivity.

VOLNTEER SERVICES: Helped with the American Red Cross Blood Drive.
