Job Responsibilities

Update the engineering computer system with performed technical maintenance information related to component asset operational, defect and airworthiness actions in order to ensure compliance for continued airworthiness management and timely availability of up to date information regarding component asset removal/installation history, defect failure recording and mandatory airworthiness maintenance recording for effective controls by the concerned engineering sections.

Carry out remedial action with regards to discrepancy recording by internal and external engineering personnel and rectify total airframe hours on operational maintenance records i.e. aircraft technical logs, SMI/CRS and certify within scope of QA authorization to ensure maintenance information used by operational flight crew and maintenance engineers is accurate.

Update all necessary regulatory authority legislated record books and systems within prescribed limited and target times and certify within scope of QA authorization with zero discrepancies.

Carry out data and documentation processing for both new delivery and aircraft phase out aircraft, engine, APU and asset to ensure delivery and historic maintenance transaction are performed to necessary regulatory continued airworthiness compliance and lessor / owner delivery contractual standards.

Assist in developing systems, processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective data recording and reporting to internal and external customers with zero discrepancies.

Responsible for monitoring the digital archiving (scanning) of aircraft documents in STREAM (Secure Technical Records for Electronic Asset Management).
