Managed a team of multi-disciplinary engineers and contractors engaged in several FEED studies related to the design and construction of a new US$ 80M Greenfield Jetty for LPG vessels and the rehabilitation of an existing marine terminal, including the construction of new pipelines at the modification of existing facilities & utilities.

Planned and executed with an EPS contractor an inspection strategy, defining scope/timeline and cost estimates for several brownfield rehabilitation projects. I managed also several work orders for the development of Detailed Engineering studies and project’s deliverables accordingly.

Delivered Project Implementation/Execution Plans aligned with internal stakeholders and rolled out project’s road maps.

Developed, implemented and executed commercial and procurement strategies related to execution of several projects.
