Games Played
The most recently played games
•Paragon (MOBA) - Pros: This game has incorporated everything I love about PVP in MMORPGs and put it into an even but competitive battleground. Cons: Progression is virtually non-exsistent, because, after every match, my character resets back to "the void" as they call it. Which is another way of saying back to nothingness. Usually, MOBA's have ways to advanced each champion to a point he becomes individually strong, but this game focuses more on an overall card deck aspect. Meaning, I could transfer my cards to any other playable hero and be just as strong. I would actually prefer working to become strong for each individual hero
•Guild Wars 2 (MMORPG) Pros: The community is amazing, the story is always evolving, there are always champions and meta events to farm, and the PVP community is bloodthirsty, to say the least. Cons: This game is catered to PvE'rs and this upsets me because I enjoy balance in both PvP and PvE. There is very little custom PvP outside of buying an overly pricey item to host a custom arena that no one really pays attention to. World v World is complete zerg fest which is fun, but repetitive after your 6th hour destroying the same castle you just took a few minutes ago. Structured PVP is fine, but there should be room for creative competitive PVP. GW2 PVP puts the player within a small box regarding its PvP game modes, and this screams casual.
•Dirty Bomb (FPS) Pros: This game is by far the most individualistic and customizable first-person shooter I've ever seen grace the market. The mobility of each mercenary is true to their character, and the overall flow of the game fits the environments. Cons: The game has a lot of errors that seem to emerge proceeding every major patch. The latency between players becomes very unstable at times causing players to incorporate a "Lead shot" within firefights.
