Project List

As a superintendent for Parker Construction I worked on hospitals, multi-family projects and remodeling jobs.

Concrete flooring, columns and beams. Supervising total construction of 30M private home for prominent producer in Hollywood, California.

30 feet high by 14 long a retaining wall with natural stone/moss for a private home in Bel Air, California.

Twelve Discount Auto Parts stores in Central Florida. Each one consists of about ten thousand square feet and the largest one was thirty five thousand square feet.

Ten private townhouses in Atlanta, Georgia. Each one was thirty thousand square feet and cost two hundred thousand to build.

A tennis community in Orlando, Florida, including 75 condo units, gas station, seven eleven store, ten tennis courts including two covered and the main one covered with all the amenities. Cost was 56 million with land.

West Palm Beach Mall, West Palm Beach, Florida. Enclosed mall with 57 stores inside. Cost was 29 million dollars. Signature store was Burdines.

Dadeland Mall, Miami, Florida. Enclosed mall with 48 interior stores. Cost was 22 million dollars. Signature store was Burdines.

Treasury Stores, Hollywood, Florida. One story store was 72 thousand square feet. Cost was 14 Million dollars with property.

General Superintendent of construction of Hollywood Mall and Pompano Mall.

Eighteen story condo building in Ft. Myers, Florida on the Caloosahatchee River. Building cost was 15 million dollars with pool and other amenities.

Oriole Village, Pompano Beach, Florida was a three story, ten building, 30 thousand square foot building. My obligation was to construct the infrastructure including: floor slabs, block walls, tie beams and tie columns including the post tension slabs on the second and third floor slabs.

A four bridge project in Clifton, New Jersey connecting the New Jersey Turnpike to Clifton Ave. The project included a twenty foot retaining wall, columns ranging from five feet in diameter to eight feet in diameter, roadways with rebar’s and concrete and steel railings running on the sides of each bridge. The total cost of these bridges was about 18 million dollars.

Remodeling the inside of the Universal Studio’s main offices including the CEO’s and other underlings. The total cost was 4 and a half million dollars.

One 18 story high rise in Hollywood, Florida on the beach. This one included two pools, restaurant, clothing stores and two offices with 6 apartments to a floor which added up to about 100 thousand square feet. The cost was in the neighborhood of 12 million dollars.
