2012-2013 / Concentrix Corporation, Customer Service Call center position servicing vendor CA Technologies lead production. Used Sales Force CRM., Outbound position contacting prospective customers presenting them with information regarding Information Processing tools to safeguard their IT infrastructure.
2007-2012 / VIP Desk, Brand Ambassador Personal Shopper for Bluefly.com. Work independently from home. I processed three chats simultaneously and performed duties as assigned. My job duties were Sales in a virtual environment and to offer White Glove service to customers when questions regarding product, billing and shipping issues arise. The goal was to provide white glove customer service experience to Bluefly customers. Maintained core values of company and received numerous customer service contest awards. I work well with customers and management. My typing skills test on 6/25/2007 resulted in scores 48/255/88%/42. Maintain my own computer system with updates and downloads. This is critical to the performance of my computer and job longevity.

2005-2006 / Contract position, hired through Kelly Services and placed at Unisys for inside sales and marketing, business to business teleprospecting, enrolling leads for business events. Data input information into Siebel and Data Pointe. Met and exceeded many company standards and goals.
2002-2005 / Concentrix Corporation, Customer Service Call Center position for Shared Services group, answered customer service phones for Blue Cross Blue Shield after hours lines to support policyholders, provided technical support for Concentrix inside employees, Help Desk Level 1., and provided technical support for Cardean and Ellis University students and faculty members. I have also worked on the Ryder lines scheduling trucks for the Ryder drivers. Provided support for Polaroid customers and four other smaller accounts. This was all simultaneously. Previously worked in another department performing lead generation for Gartner, and Kodak. Last program I worked in was Ryder National Commercial Accounts scheduling trucks for Ryder truck drivers. Data input into Arev System.
1989-1997 / Paul Revere Life Insurance Company
I have previously worked for Paul Revere Life Insurance for about 9 years starting out as a secretary, receptionist until a company merger. My job was to great customers, and to process new business applications, order medical exams, blood work, etc. I maintained detailed underwriting charts and entered the information into logs (then by hand) to keep track of underwriting requirements. I assisted sales agents and customers with insurance questions. I entered data into computer for life, disability and annuity quotes. I processed payments for customers for life and disability renewals. Customers heavily relied on my information as well as the agents and home office through the processing of their applications for insurance. Office skills are Filing, faxing and duties as required to maintain the flow of the office. Also kept the office running when the supervisor was out on vacation.
I completed Loma certification, I was proud to receive a prestigious award for Customer Service Skills. My attitude is cheerful and professional and I am always willing to help.
When Paul Revere merged, I took two part-time positions. One was working for Phoenix Home Life as an Administrative Assistant. There, I processed applications for group life and disability products and ran the office, filing, assisting customers for the sales representatives and creating booklets for group life and disability Corporate clients. The second part-time job was with Heritage Christian Corporation assisting high functioning women with their every day needs to help them to remain independant and safe. This included bathing, cleaning, giving meds, taking them to the doctor as needed and escorting them for recreation.
I have had many years of Customer Service, and was able to perform many office duties with minimal training and supervision. I believe that you represent the company that you work for with each encounter, either by phone or personal.
