product infusion, and antibiotic administration as well as patient and family education and care coordination. Serve as a resource RN, delineate assignments, and coordinate patient treatment plans with physicians.
Mercy Medical Center, St. Louis - Hematology/Oncology Unit– Charge RN 2006-2014
Supervised up to eight RNs on both night and day shifts on a 50 bed unit, delineated nursing assignments, served as nursing resource, and attended to difficult situations regarding staff and patient demands. Chemotherapy and biotherapy administration, patient and family teaching/support, care coordination and scheduling, telephone triage, venous access, experience with a variety of central lines.
