OBJECTIVE: Seeking an Engineering Technician position in Test/Validation in the electronic field.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION:

Various experience in different analog data collection Electronic, Software & Hardware platforms (Client-Server, Standalone, Individual Server System, etc…), Chipset, Microcontroller (CPU, Memory) testing or troubleshoot and configuration in constantly fast changing and various diverse environments for more than 8+ years.

Experienced Python automation scripting, DOS, uEFI shell and Embedded OSes. Executed manual and automated test case using validation tools. Managed test server, install and configure new server and guest OSes.

Performed setup, operates and maintains the Server, Desktop, Client, Mobile platforms, testing and troubleshooting of platform, detail component levels and mechanical assemblies. Test and troubleshoots all final platforms. Performed to rework the Intel platform.

Tested and troubleshoots the Hardware issues across all ingredients (Board Platform, SOC, Memory, Storage, etc.)

Design and Compatibility Validation of new Intel Server Platforms: Perform installs of different O/S and run the stress test I/O in the new Intel Server Platform with network testing. Testing hardware, BIOS, and drivers against a wide range 3rd party device, including NIC, RAID, SCSI, Fiber channels, and USB adapters and peripherals. Perform installs, upgrades, and schedule maintenance on all servers.

Perform environmental validation testing of server board sets and memory subsystems to ensure there is sufficient design margin. Characterizing DDR (Double data rate) SDRAM memory integrity for high-end and low-end servers. Responsibilities include measuring and qualifying the signal quality of Intel Sever products and SDRAM DIMM modules using Tektronix Oscilloscope TDS 784C. Creating and posting the Signal Quality Reports to the Intel’s WEB site.

Performing memory qualification, Testing Intel’s server platforms and SDRAM DIMMs by varying the voltages and the temperature inside the Environmental Chamber. Troubleshooting and determining the root cause of failed memory modules.
