Project Director, preconstruction through closeout on this fast track, $122 Million CM at Risk, GMP Contract. 300,000 sq. ft. of new laboratory, clean room, office and common space in Tarrytown, New York. Fit out, including all MEP services. Completed in 9 months from NTP to beneficial Occupancy. National Institute of Health Animal Research Lab. Project Manager on $120MM Lump Sum General Construction services. 294,500 square foot research laboratory including a vivarium, NMR lab, BSL-3 and BSL-2 labs. SUNY Geneseo Integrated Science Facility. Project Director on $33MM Lump Sum General Construction contract. 105,000 square foot state of the art facility consisting of laboratories, classrooms and offices. The state of the art facility includes unique features include a towering central glass atrium, teaching and research greenhouses and biology, chemistry, physics and geological science departments.
