Title Design and analysis of Radial engine

Description: The main concept of our project is to design and analyses of radial engine radial engine is a reciprocating type internal combustion engine. Configured in which the cylinders point outward from center of crack shaft. The design of a radial engine was done by using CATIA software. Generally radial engine is made up of aluminium,these are mostly used in air craft’s and sports cars in olden days.The aim of this work is to replace the material of radial engine and improve efficiency of the engine, whereas the radial engine can be made as multiple connecting rods, thus reducing the overall temperature. static and modal analysis were carried out using ANSYS.

Software used: CATIA, ANSYS.
