Description: Using Aluminium Dross & Silica Fume In Reduction of cement While Preparing concrete. Aluminium Dross & Siliaca Fume are the Waste materials coming from manufacturing of Aluminium industry. This waste materials can utilizied as strength in preparing concrete. 5% of Aluminium dross & 10% of Silica fume used in reduction of cement, here we get the optimum percentage of strength in concrete.

Mix Design : (5% AluminiumDross + 10%SilicaFume + 85%cement) + FINE AGGREGATE + COARSE AGGREGATE

Grade Of Concrete : MIX DESIGN (M20)

Description: working as a site engineer at FACILITY AND MAINTANANCE SURVEY DEPARTMENT(F&MC) in Tirumala.Here we know the laying of bituminous roads,drawing plans by using Autocad,Construction of Fencing for buildings,Writing of M-BOOKS,etc. In training period we can improve the our communication skills like how to communicate with Workers, Employes,Basic knowledge on civil engineering.
