Great Place! 2014-Dec 2015 Watts Water Technologies Franklin, NH My position was leading a floor involving 4 Gnutti machines machining Temperature and Relief valves in a set up position. My duties also include repairing machines of sorts including “123’s” conveyors, and leading up to 6 people to ensure a safe yet productive environment. I have completed 4 collegiate classes through LRCC, Laconia including Machine processes, intro to CNC, Blue print reading and Gauging. I have been utilizing the 5s and Kamishibai practices. I am in a lead position over a department running a 1.1 million dollar semi-automated machine safely producing around 125,000 water valves per week. Job responsibilities include Leading 13 people in 2 different lines for production and behavioral management. Scheduling and preparing orders.
