Coordinating with Offshore and responsible for Maintaining, configuring and Supporting VMware Virtual Infrastructure, which has above 80 ESXi 5.5 Hosts which are in Production and Non-Production environments connected to SAN storage with 500 Vm's running Windows & Linux and over 100+ workstations running Windows XP.

Responsible for the conversion of VMware virtual machines to Hyper-V using Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter (MVMC).

Excelled in migrating Physical servers to virtuals using the Plate-spin convert and Virtuals to Virtuals from one datacenter to another using the VMware converter.

Responsible for creating Clusters with High Availability (HA) and DRS with the implementation of the Affinity and Anti-affinity rules on the VM’s.
