Responsible for supporting the company's clients at all levels as part of a Technical Support Team. Ensuring that all hardware and software is configured and installed correctly.

Duties:

* Responsible for installation,troubleshooting and maintenance services for digital printing machines and computer.

* Supporting users and operator's over the telephone and by mail.

* Computer & printer networking and providing support for Windows and Linux issues.

* Configuration and testing of any new upgrade for hardware and software.

* Travelling to client sites to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting.
