Solids Tech

TERVITA - Watsontown, PA - January 2012 to Present I ran a P-5500 Sharples or Tomoe centrifuge. I worked with calcium chloride, citric acid, polymer, soda ash and lyme to clear water. I also worked with a 60 barrel, 80 barrel and 200 barrel shaker unit, with Desilter and Desander shakers,

installed shaker screens, maintenance and maintained agitator paddles and motors. I charged out shaker motors, set all

weights in motor, torqued motor to right torque, ran centrifuge unit off hand control panels and electronic panels. I worked from half rounds, frac tanks and cuttings bins. I ran excavator to mix off cuttings with sawdust and peanuts, then loaded

them into dump trucks. I was a Lead operator and supervised 3 hands at once, past out assignments and troubleshot

problems then fixed when possible which included replacing pumps and oil pumps. I am currently working in Maintenance. I weld and fabricate parts to enhance our product. I'm in charge of all tools. I order supplies for each job and I recondition centrifuge units, shaker units and pumps. I sand or blast oil, paint, grease and dirt off of equipment, then

prime and paint to look new. I lead safety meetings, fill out JSA's and Flmr cards. I track all equipment, tools and supplies on the computer and respond to necessary e-mails from co-workers our in the field. Solids Control

MISWACO - Watsontown, PA - April 2011 to December 2011 I ran centrifuges (500, 518 & 414). I worked centrifuges off a panel and worked with nemo pumps, type 2 pumps and centrifugal pumps and with Meercat shakers and have emptied shaker to centrifuge to effluent to suction pit. I have ran

flock houses, used polymer, de-watered and ran bayrite recovery. I am able to fix equipment issues and very skilled at troubleshooting. I have maintained all equipment as well as kept all equipment clean. I have installed shipping blocks, ran

pvc pipe for effluent and have checked scroll wear. I have done rig up/rig down and was responsible for doing retort

twice a day. I have rigged up hoses, unpacked hoses, from sandtrap to 518 centrifuge back to rig pits. I mixed polymer in a peak dual agitorid tank, through a hooten annie, then injected it through the pumps. Roughneck

UNION DRILLING (UDI) - Fort Worth, TX - November 2009 to April 2011 I was responsible for roughneck duties, working the derrick and hoisting the drill pipe to position to stage. I was responsible for maintaining mud and water pumps, mixing mud and welding broken parts. I used back up tongs to make connections and ran a JLG, front end loader, rig up/rig down of the rig and was in charge of roughnecks, floor hands and motorman. I

tallied all drill pipe, put up and take down of the BOP (blow out preventer), tightened bolts & nuts with hammer wrench and sledge hammer. I drilled when driller had activities to do. Casing Pusher/Laydown Operator/Casing

EXPRESS ENGERY - Watsontown, PA - May 2009 to November 2009 I ran tongs (all sizes previously listed) and ran

CRT fill up tool. I ran the torque turn and the lay down truck (set up & rig down). I laid down drill pipe and drill collars and ran casing to the casing crew. I lined up main drive and stump for connection and pressure tested entire rigs (all

pressure pumps, water lines and mud lines). I built BOP's (nipped up & down). I assisted and operated a crane as well as worked on the pit lining crew. I cleaned frac tanks and cleaned & drifted all casing to ensure threads were not damaged and casing was straight.
