It was my pleasure to inform them about the area, accommodations and services and also make arrangements for them as needed. My customer service included: selling stamps, use of the computer, building my knowledge to better provide information on hikes and attractions. Several times I had the opportunity to serve as a Step-On-Guide for tour busses. I received an Outstanding Customer Service Performance Recognition pin for 2015.

Opening the season I cleaned and attended the public showers. After a few weeks I was promoted to the General Store – I served morning coffee, did cashiering, stocking, customer service, inventory, and other jobs assigned. I served on the Safety Counsel and received a Customer Service Recognition Pin for 2013.

Oct 2015 to Aug 2016 and Nov 2014 to Feb 2015 - Ace Parking; 7500 S. Plummer, Tucson, AZ 85756. Brian Molloy, Mgr. 520-***-****, Cashier at Tucson International Airport Parking and Discount lot. I enjoyed interacting with customers, processing tickets, collecting revenue, and balancing my bank.

Aug- 2009, to Aug. 2010 - Gospel Rescue Mission Woman & Children’s Center: 707 W. Miracle Mile, Tucson, AZ 85705, 520-***-****, On-Call Staff and former part-time Front Office Staff, On-Call Supervisor, Irene Salas, cell 520-***-**** On-Call Staff handles complete facility and functions alone on weekends/holidays, Front Office: duties included telephones, prescreen/intakes of clients, greet visitors, work with volunteers, receive and sort donations, computer entry, client meds, other duties as required. Restructure dissolved my position in the office so I gave up being On-Call.

After an early retirement from Otis Elevator Company, I became temporally or self-employed. Experiencing a variety of positions expanded my accomplishments and flexibility. Positions included: Gem Show Security, election board (all positions), “Girl Friday” for three family businesses, tour information and sales, receptionist, telephones, retail sales & stock room maintenance, house keeping, companion, and gardening.

Promotions: Filing Clerk in Purchasing to Assistant and Secretary for Contracts to Shipping and Sales Order Coordinator for Quality Control, to Finance Department Secretary, to 11 years of growing responsibilities in Manufacture Engineering. Each department included working for several individuals at one time. I was the recipient of the Employee of the Month citation and received a Corporate Award for Special Service for reorganizing and maintaining the engineering drawing room.
