Advanced the Sabajo prospect from a first-pass drill test, with an ambitious program of core drilling, metallurgical testing, and engineering studies, to preliminary pre-feasibility in a less than one year. Collaborated with mining engineers on mine site facility design and layout, capital equipment considerations, and alternative mining methods (conveyor system, pipeline slurry, truck transport).

Coordinated all project exploration activities and core drilling program and lead team of expatriate geologists and geophysicist that successfully and systematically mapped, sampled, and evaluated ~30 properties with multiple geophysical techniques and identified 15-20 drill targets.

Successfully managed the Tassawini Project in remote NW Guyana with annual budgets up to $9.5M and delineated significant mineral resource and advanced project to initial pre-feasibility.

Managed and supervised various exploration projects in remote regions of the Guyana interior.
