Role: Data Analyst : Data Management, SAS, Data Analysis

As a Data Analyst I was responsible for extracting the data from the Databases and analyzing the data using various procedures in the SAS. I was responsible for analyzing DNA micro array data for toxicity prediction. Project was to analyze data for prominent genes and their effects for various chemical compositions on rat liver.I was involved in Primarily developing efficient SAS code to extract and translate the data while performing data cleansing to eliminate unimportant readings .Predictive modelling was applied to identify most prominent genes and elements in the micro array and presented so that results could be used for successive drug development activities

Contribution:

Challenge was to build the process that takes the raw micro array data and process huge volumes of information in a 5000 instances X 300 variable data set.

Identified and Extracted the responders and non responders to the specific elements.

Performed analysis on huge data set after eliminating un usable information and loaded the data sets with the correlated and the variant data into the excel and used for the further analysis..

Transformed the filtered data sets and created new data sets with the most variant variables and correlation values .

Manipulating, cleansing & processing data using Excel, Access and SQL.

Manipulated and transferred data using SAS Procedures such as SUMMARY, MEANS, UNIVARIATE, FREQ, SORT, PRINT, TABULATE, PLOT, CHART and REPORT to compute elementary statistical measures and produce data listings, tabulations and graphical display.

Retrieved ASCII datasets, used INFILE and INPUT statements to read ASCII files.

Project Description: This project is a web based application. It is a centralized banking solution covering all the payment functions of a bank. Application provides online personal banking services like bill pay registration, payments, loans. It supports multi currency transactions and all types of delivery channels. This application is highly parameterized to support constantly changing customer and regulatory requirements. There are four main modules what I have worked in this project. (i.e.)My Account module, Payment module

•Created Test plans, Scenario, Test cases, and Test scripts both Manually and Automated using HP Quick Test Pro tool .

In this Project I have compared the similar patent which has been filed by the Ford and texas instrument regarding the Microchip design .

Worked on Hadoop cluster and Map reduce to extract the raw data

Used topic Modelling and Mallet to generate the similar topics

Results were displayed using python regarding the distribution of patents.
