Process Development: I have extensive experience related to process development in such industries including, military, and aerospace. During my tenure with ShockRide I was placed in charge of the vertical integration of manufacturing. The processes developed included welding, machine, CNC tube bending, CMM measuring, Fixturing designs and creation. Resulting in a savings of $1.5M over 4 years & reduced lead times buy as much as 50%.
Cost reduction: As the manufacturing manager at ShockRide I was responsible for all assembly and manufacturing processes and the continuous cost reduction opportunities associated. During which time I identified the opportunity to reduce cost and lead time by replacing a welded aluminum cover with a plastic injection molded cover resulting in an annual savings of $60k + annually.
Administration and Personnel Supervision: My Operations management experience includes, administrative responsibilities, such as supervising hourly and salaried staff which included engineers, planners, assembly technicians and machine operators.
