Management: For over 9 I have both performed and led a variety of production operations. In many cases, I was solely responsible for the process development, testing, data analysis, technical reporting, resource management and metrics development & tracking. My ability to work across multi-disciplined teams and motivate fellow team members to meet deliverables resulted in a multi-million contract being saved and additional contracts being awarded during my work at ShockRide LLC.
Process Development: I have extensive experience related to process development in such industries including, military, and aerospace. During my tenure with ShockRide I was placed in charge of the vertical integration of manufacturing. The processes developed included welding, machine, CNC tube bending, CMM measuring, Fixturing designs and creation. Resulting in a savings of $1.5M over 4 years & reduced lead times buy as much as 50%.
Cost reduction: As the manufacturing manager at ShockRide I was responsible for all assembly and manufacturing processes and the continuous cost reduction opportunities associated. During which time I identified the opportunity to reduce cost and lead time by replacing a welded aluminum cover with a plastic injection molded cover resulting in an annual savings of $60k + annually.
Administration and Personnel Supervision: My Operations management experience includes, administrative responsibilities, such as supervising hourly and salaried staff which included engineers, planners, assembly technicians and machine operators. I also am proficient in developing and managing budgets, managing the day-to-day operations in both the assembly and manufacturing environments.

Managed a team comprised of 4 departments (Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving) over seeing contracts up to $100M, with an Annual revenue of $85m+.
Supervised staff of 45 hourly & salaried employees.
Coordination of facility relocation Including the development of new facility layout, time line of both staff and equipment relocations, contractor scheduling for new facility preparations ( paint, carpet, air, water & electrical based on facility layout). Effectively shut down current facility and had all operations, equipment and staff relocated, new facility setup and ready to run regular production in 2 weeks. (SAVINGS =$50k monthly reduction in facility & utility costs).
