Responsibilities

Interface with customer for deployment planning, progress, coordination, gap analysis/improvement.

Present and manages with customer the Scope of Work for new projects in order to limit scope deviation.

Deep Engagement with sales and pre-sales team during the opportunity phase to provide the necessary effort, project scheduling and the associate payment milestones, and risk register with associate contingencies and mitigation plans.

Implementation for Fixed Network program including design/implementation OSP part with Full customer satisfaction.

Successfully launch of the E2E Broadband (Convergence IMS/ GPON/ Converged Application & Billing/Next Generation Monitoring and reporting) during 2012 for Vodafone Qatar.

Successfully launch of the “Postpaid” project and the related Core/Application program.

Implementation of Vodafone Qatar Turn Key 2G/3G Mobile Network in 2009/2010 and the related up-scopes.

Implement Margin Improvement Plan to come back with excellent Margin 60% instead of 20%.
