Responsibilities:

Manage 30 employees and careful for their training and development.

Lead TPM (Total Productive Management) activities as a Team Leader with successful accomplishment of TPM activities.

Mentor for trainee engineers and apprentices; provide tireless support for their soft skills and technical trainings.

Deal unit operations like Sundynes, reactor, crystallizers, centrifuges and PTA dryer regarding PTA production.

Deliver challenging targets of production, operation, efficiency, bagging and production manufacturing cost.

Monitor plant parameters and optimize variable cost through Aspen Tech.

Safely handover equipments to engineering departments during startup/shutdown and normal plant operation.

Raise modifications and organize brain storming sessions within team for best cost optimized operation within budgeted boundaries.

Coordinate startup/shutdown/overhaul and other routine jobs with engineering department.

Manage plant operations to meet business SHE targets and the SHE improvement plans.

Prepare and update the plant operating procedures, SOP's and emergency procedures.

Maintain safe and healthy work environment through procedures and complying with the legal regulations.

Implement good practices that enable the promotion and development of a strong health and safety culture across the organization
