Director QA
Oversaw all QA and testing for McAfee’s NSP product which is a Network Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) solution offering a variety of IPS features on inline appliances ranging from 100Mbps to 40Gbps and Virtual IPS application images.
Build and lead the QA organization and team from the ground up; grew the team to include a group of QA Engineers in the US and India that supported the Network Security product line along with the release of multiple hardware/software products.

Directed the development of switch BIOS routines for the Fast Ethernet SwitchSet, which featured the LS family of Fast Ethernet Chips.
Developed software modules including a switch monitoring routine and third-party network management tools package that included a TCP/IP stack, Telnet, SNMP, VLAN, Spanning Tree and RMON modules.
