ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day checking and updating the site work progress
Organising/managing/monitoring the labour requirement
Provide effective supervision to carry out the work as per specifications.
Maintain the quality of works & ensure safety procedures are followed
Periodically report the progress of works
Checking the Estimation, M.Book
Arranging materials as per the site requirements/material requirements indents/proper storage
Checking the quality of materials and Test Results
Capable of Plan, Schedule & Execute the Structural Works, Block Works, Plastering, Screed, Waterproofing, Ceiling, Painting and Tile Works, STP etc.
Organise/Managing the site labours and distribute to proper works.
Preparing work report precisely and clearly for daily, weekly and monthly.
Identify the areas for waste reduction and act on ways and measures to minimize the wastage.
To avoid/minimise wastage of materials/make arrangements for timely order/indent, storage, usage of materials at site.
Ensure quality of works executed at site/monitor works and ensure standard operating procedures, checklist followed for respective times of work
Accountable for wastage, quality, timely execution, site management and Reports
Bill preparation, maintaining proper records of work executed
Coordination of works between office /Architect /Consultants/ Contractors/ Vendors /Labour
Ensure discipline at site, time management of all labour, staff and others involved at site
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, 2004 from Meenakshi Ammal Polytechnic, Uthiramerur
Secondary School Leaving Certificate, 2001 from Little Jacky HSS, Chengalpattu
