JOB RESPONSBILITIES

1. Supervise each stage of production by following 7S standards.

2. Examine quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

3. Inspection of incoming raw materials to be used in assembly.

4. Perform First Article inspection as well as Final inspection.

5. Ensuring that Functional and R.F testing is performed to the highest standards.

6. Conducting regular audits to ensure the quality standards of finished products.

7. Identify quality problems for improvement and recommend solutions.

8. Collaborate with customers, engineers and production manager to ensure all aspects of quality.

9. Use proficiently 7 QC tools and 5M to control defects.

10. Use Inspection equipments such as vernier caliper, dial caliper, digital torque meter, filler gauge and spot gauge.

11. Follow SOP at all times to ensure that both quality and standards.

12. Compose reports regarding non conformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analysis or quality trends.

13. Quality conscious with zero tolerance towards defects and keenness to deliver high customer satisfaction.
