ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing Thermal Laboratory for effective job execution related to Certification & calibration of different Engineering and Precision measuring/Monitoring Instruments related to thermal, Pressure Electro Technical Parameters in the calibration Lab and On-site locations.
Planning and arranging calibration/ servicing of internal standard instruments and Internal Audits.
Hand on experience of documentation based on NABL as per ISO/IEC 17025 Standards and Prepared the testing and calibration certificates with Uncertainty calculations.
Handling a yearly NABL audit and Internal Audits for calibration.

Service and Calibration of Multifunction calibrators, Sensors and Temperature calibrators.
Manufacture the calibration Work station and Instrument Demonstration in customer places. (IOCL, HPCL, GAIL, RIL, CPCL, HAL and BHEL - All over India).
Attend the bid opening and prepare the Quotations, Solved the customers clarification technically and commercially through E-mails and Phone.
6 months worked in Reliance gas Project from (CS-1 Kakinada-A.P to CS-10 Bharuch-Gujarat) for Installation and Commissioning the Electro-Pneumatic Calibration work station in different locations and given training to all employers worked at the same Plant.
All calibration methods, reports and certificates are performed according to NABL Standards.
