With a combined total of twenty-eight years of Project Management experience, I am seeking a position to further enhance my skills. With a widely diverse background in Project Management I bring with me a strong emphasis in planning and directing all operations including but not limited to maintaining budgets, forecast, schedules and on-time deliveries.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Develop, plan, direct and track all project budgets

Produce monthly forecast reports with a + or – of 2% of estimated margin.

Prepare all scope requirements for bid and procurement and perform all buyouts.

Providing technical engineering information to the individual Project Management teams to ensure Projects comply with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and customer requirements.

Coordinated the different business departments to achieve an OTTR, On Time Too Request, of 95%.

Write all required plans for all Government task orders for repair and maintenance contracts.

Prepare all bid documents and bid quotes for task orders.

Interpreting design/drawings for crafts installing material, preparing all required documentation, as well as implementing budgets in the form of buyout and forecasting gross margins, prepare, implement and track production schedules and tracking progress on multi phased projects.

Review and write all subcontracts and purchase orders.

Directing and managing multiple projects and project teams on projects ranging from $1 million to $60 million.
