Worked on the merger/acquisition deals for MiTek Canada to buy Steel portion of our company (Jager Metal Products) as well as for MiTek Industries to buy Robbins Engineering and Online Plus. Deals helped bring Canadian Market Share to 90% and US Market Share to 60%.

o2008 – Robbins Engineering into MiTek

Merged the Canadian and US Software, IT, Tech Support and QA departments. This moved Canada 10 years forward in the software and technology they use in house and for customers; now fully parallel with development and release stages.

Sent to many customer locations with VP’s and Sales managers to help resolve customer and company conflicts.

Quality Assurance Highlights:

Created the Canadian Quality Assurance Department in 2007.

Quality Assurance on 12 separate software packages each with Legacy, development and future versions.
