Project #1:
Title : Designing of High – Speed, Wide Fan-in Data Selector Using Current
Comparison Based Domino

Tools Used : HSPICE TOOL (16-nm Technology High Performance PTM).
Abstract: The CCD domino has a lower leakage and higher noise immunity without dramatic speed degradation for wide fan-in gates. It is based on comparison of mirrored current of the pull-up network with its worst case leakage current. This project proposes the Current Comparison Domino which is a wide fan-in design used for full-custom high-speed applications. CCD logic exhibits a better Power Delay Product, Energy Delay Product, Average Power, Output Voltages, Unity Noise Gain and less delay characteristic when compared to conventional domino logic styles. The CCD design is carried out by a 64:1 mux in all 7 logic styles. The 64:1 mux is implemented using 32:1, 16:1 and 8:1 mux logics using HSPICE simulator at 16-nm HP-PTM.

Abstract: In this game there are 4 bunny generators (heroes), which fight on badgers. There is the time limit of 90 seconds. Badgers attack the bunny continuously. He shoots against badgers, and the accuracy of the game is resulted. Within the time limit if the health is over the game is over. It’s a 200 line py code, but it’s simple.

Title : BODY TEMPERATURE & ECG MONITORING SYSTEM
USING SMS BASED CHNOLOGY

Abstract: In this project we are monitoring health of the patient wirelessly using GSM. The temperature sensor we are keeping at the patient side, to send continuously the temperature of the patient. And any movement at that place can also be send at the destination side. Where the doctor is continuously monitor the temperature. At the patient side we are keeping sensors which are connected to the microcontroller and LCD Display. That microcontroller in turn connected to the GSM module, to send the data wirelessly.
