Roles and Responsibilities in a Project
•Coordinating with customer on all technical and process issues.
•Leading the problem management team by resolving complex apps escalated by client

•Participating in daily calls with onshore\client with regards to application status\reporting daily and weekly status and assignment of work.
•Delivering assigned packages on time and resolving any UAT issues reported by applying change fixes.
•Upgrading current Windows XP client proprietary tools like COM Registration, Inproccheck, Check ISM Against MM, MICE Circus, Hardcoded String Checker, COP Utility and StartAppsv5.6 Tool to Windows 7 using .Net which are used for validating the packages created as per client standards and monitoring them on various builds.
•Enhancing and customizing the workflow tool to track the application progress from the discovery phase to end user testing.
•Analyzing WISE scripts of old applications running on Windows XP and recoding them for Windows 7.
•Doing source validation and remediation for all the applications to maintain the internal consistency of its functionality for all users.
•Identifying the integrity of applications on Windows 7 with respect to files, registries and ActiveX components on various WebPages.
•Involving in packaging life cycle like Rationalization, Remediation, Packaging, App-V, QA, Deployment and End User testing(UAT).
•Overlooking the charge and billing details of the team
•Preparing the weekly status report and highlighting the risks if any to the customer.
