Served on the team that created Global Standard Procedures for Sybase installations and upgrades, which were implemented as Global Best Practices across the enterprise, resulting in improved efficiency and accuracy.

Created scripts to automate the dumping of Sybase transaction logs in the rssd, reducing the number of problem tickets, eliminating bottle neck in replication, and creating greater throughput.

Managed and implemented the Sybase vulnerability patches across the T4T Sybase enterprise, eliminating security loop holes, and creating a more secure Sybase environment for the State of Texas.
