01/2014-12/2014: Project Control Planner and Scheduler CBI, Columbiana
Performed the planning/scheduling as Block C for the Cartagena Refinery Expansion Project I which had 139 unit Electrical Distribution System.
Oversaw the complete development with multiple sub-contractors to ensure WBS and the coding alignment within the Master EPC schedule as well as the Systems Completion Schedule while putting together the subcontractor schedules weekly.
Interface with the CBI planning/scheduling manager; creating histograms and S-Curves for PMT.
07/2012-01/2014: Project Control Manager SPT/ABPI
Successfully completed the Venezuela RPLC Deep Conversion Project/EW.0.1.1 in which I utilized the latest project planning/scheduling tools (Primavera), directed staff on the preparation of planning/scheduling control systems and enforced all safety procedures.
Provided feedback/project status with an analytical eye in which I thoroughly looked at the index of productivity, efficiency and variance during the EPC of the latest gas plant project.
09/2009-06/2012: Construction Manager Concimeca Corpoelec/PDVSA
Supervised a civil engineering project and balance of plant construction (BOP) for the installation of 150 MW per turbo generators.
This civil engineering project in particular was located at the “Alberto Lovera” Power Plant at the Puerto la Cruz Oil Refinery in Venezuela.

Responsible for all of the daily business operations to ensure everything was running smoothly which included bid preparation, contract follow up as well as the master/detail plan preparation (P3).

Fully designed the work plan for E&I which included various faucets such as generating reports that were utilized for the monitoring/progress in field, tracked inspection notes, analyzed the status of all plan activities to correct deviations as needed in the overall shutdowns and maintenance of CRP Cardon.
