Manager of Projects – Consultant Contract

Managed the execution of contracts for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of modular gas processing facilities fabricated in the U.S. and installation in remote desert areas of Northern Peru.

Key Accomplishments:

Managed U.S. based contractors in development and fabrication of modular Urea, Toppings and Joule Thompson plants.

Managed rollout of project controls best practices implementation for the management and execution of EPC capital projects from inception through commissioning and operations. Implemented stage gate project lifecycle and project controls best practices for the management of the capital projects portfolio.

Used native fluency in Spanish to oversee and coordinate EPC activities of multiple contractors in both the United States and Peru.
