Working in HP E as Sr. Process Associate. handling Order Entry, Rejects and Tracking the customer orders.

Working with Front End and Partner support managers effectively to get the queries resolved within TAT, Also with accuracy.

Responsible for the timely production of the orders and analyzing delayed cases.

Involving in Creating Orders for pricessing, Understanding the customer requirements and clearing Backlog entries for APJ Regions.

Involving in Quality Check for production process.
