Constant communication with coworkers, supervisors, and lead counselor was necessary for behavioral programs meant to teach coping, anger management, emotional regulation, and life skills with the goal being the resident girls could reintegrate into a family. Fostered long term relationships with various community entities i.e., schools, counselors, doctors, and families of the resident girls for their success in treatment.
