MAJOR PROJECT

Title: Design of Dust Collector

My Role: Model Calculations and Parts Design.

Used Software: CREO

DESCRIPTION:

•This consists of several fabric filters wrapped around cages arranging isolated compartment.

•The airstream with air borne particulate is allowed pass through the inlet of dust collector which further passes through these filter sand the particulates present in the stream get strapped by the fabric and the clean air is sent out through the outlet.

•The particulate strapped and settled a round the circumference of cages was cleaned by the forced jet of air.

•They fell down and were collected at bottom of the dust collector.
