Hello,

My resume is not the usual resume you will come across, but I am not the usual run of the mill NP.

I graduated from City Hospital School of Nursing in St Louis, MO in 1978. In my 3 years as Student

Nurse, I worked evenings, weekends, and summers in the OR trauma surgery.

After graduation, I spent 29 years in the OR; 23 as RN First Assistant.

I entered NP school in 1999 at Jewish College of Nursing at Washington University in St Louis, MO.

I graduated with a 4.0 grade point average in December 2002.

What I am most proud of in my NP career is that I have been self-employed for the past 6 years. The first 4 I had my own practice in which I provided “In Home Primary Care”. I had 100/120 patients, all Medicare/Medicaid. Though rewarding, I could not make ends meet. In 2014 we moved to Arcadia, MO. I worked as Independent Contractor for a company MedXM performing in Home Health Assessments.

Prior to self-employment, my work experience included Outpatient, Free Clinic, Private Practice (including Nursing Home), and Wound Care.

Some, but not all, of my accomplishments include being recognized by the International Nurses Association as a worldwide leader and top nurse in Missouri; Mentor Provider for Medical Students at Washington University in St. Louis; Developer of 2 Primary Care Practices; Writer of policies and procedures. Because of my extensive surgical experience, I have the ability to perform multiple in office procedures such as laceration repair; I & D’s; Lipoma/cyst excision; biopsy; digital blocks; nail removal; wound care, and more.

These are some things I know:

1.Patients come first

2.Patients love me

3.You will never know an NP that has more experience than me

4.If there are certain protocols for the office that may differ from mine; no problem….see #1

5.Guarantee: If I get stumped (which is rare), I have no problem seeking consult because….see #1

And o-yeah, I have a great personality
