Manually rated premium, coded statistical data of all MSA polices (all lines of business) which include Personal Lines: Auto, Homeowner, Dwelling Fire, Umbrella and some Commercial Lines into the MSA System (CICS/COBOL/PAC) using API.
Process policy corrections that have errored by the MSS System or through the Legacy System and set –up either a Manual Rating Issue Log ticket or an ICS Issue Log ticket to address the Defect in Sharepoint.
Manually Quoted Dwelling Fire, Landlord and Homeowner policies. Analyzed and worked Manual Rating Issue Log tickets and ICS Issue tickets to resolve defects: billing, rating, coding, and /or processed a manual work around to system issues with coding, premium and billing of policy information.
Analyzed Excel reports for tracking defect and system issues.
05/2003 – 01/2012: Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst
Researched and coded Quarterly ISO Errors and System plugging of Data for Premiums and Claims for NGM, MSA, AIPSO, OneShield (Main Street Station / Dragon) - reporting to the Insurance Bureau’s.
Gathered, analyzed and implemented Business Requirements and PCR’s for data, system impacts to IT Production.
Set-up Test Plans and Design Functional and verify data/ system changes had been processed (QA testing).
Reviewed / verified: XML, HTML, Data Interfacing, Data Warehouse, Oracle (SQL, PL-SQL), and Query reports to ISO Bureau’s for statistical data.
Worked closely with IT: (Business Analyst and Production team) – Analyzed and identified root cause of production/system and data defects, including weekly and monthly walk-thru meetings and troubleshooting meetings.
Tested of Data changes in the test system for impacts and future issues.

Researched and identified coding errors and system errors within CLMS and V4 – claims systems on a daily basis on all claims entry activity. Review Daily Reports for all Claim Departments including the Medical Team, SIU Team, BI Team, PD Team, Total Loss Team and all Other including Home and some Business policies.
Monitored pending manual checks generated by the Adjusters or Agents issued on claims that a claim had not been set up into the claim system. Monitor and provide accurate spreadsheets for all claim loss and expense payments implemented on the claims system on a daily basis.
Evaluated and closely monitored monthly errors from AIB and provide feed back to designated staff members and follow up with submission correcting with the errors that generated, including the quality of claim handling and track the progress of our Customer Service culture.

Provided assistance for all Home Office, Corporate Claim and Branch Offices. Provide IRS Reporting through quarterly and annually reports on in house systems as well as on-line Insource.
